Official Wikipedia App for BlackBerry PlayBook is now available in BlackBerry App World. Wikipedia is the free encyclopedia containing more than 20 million articles in 280 languages, and is the most comprehensive and widely used reference work humans have ever compiled.
Even though there has been quite a few Wikipedia paid apps available for download in the App World, this time developers has launched a completely free version.
The official Wikipedia App for BlackBerry PlayBook contains more than 20 million articles in 280 languages. It’s the largest and widely used reference facility that humankind ever produced.
For the time being, the software only features basic options, such as: Search articles close, Open articles in browser, Read article in a different language, Search.
Recently released, the application has received clear feedback, the only complain being the fact that the font size is too small even when set to large.
Wikipedia App is now available as a free download via App World and it’s only compatible with BlackBerry PlayBook.
